Returning an Item for a Refund or Exchange

We hope that you are thrilled with your order. If, as sometimes happens, things change and you need to return your item we will offer a full refund or exchange. Simply call us on 0208 942 7845 or email and we will organise everything for you.

We do require, however, that the item you ordered is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition within 28 days of the date you received the item.

Returns – non furniture items

Once we have received your returned item we will refund your original postage and the purchase price. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your item.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the return postage.

Returns – Furniture Items

Contact our Returns Team on 0208 942 7845 or email and we will organise collection. Please note that a collection charge of £50 will apply and this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are paid within 7 days of us receiving your item.

Damaged Items

We ask that you check your item as soon as it is delivered. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo if possible, and we will resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

In the case of damage, we ask that you contact us within 7 days from the day you received your order to request an exchange. Call 0208 942 7845.

Cancelling an Order

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us on 0208  942 7845 or as soon as possible and we are happy to process your request.

Once an item has been shipped, it is not possible for us to cancel an order. We will then have to process the order as a Refund once you have received it.
